We want you to love your EVEREVE purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original tags are included.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor your refund status.
